Yamato VG 2735-PR Elastic Band Machine

CYLINDERARM-MACHINE WITH METERING MCA TO ATTACH ELASTICS

 

Yamato VG 2735-156-UTA 34 is a 3-needle cylinderarm machine with right side knife, thread trimmer, top spreader and presser foot lifter. The Busche sewing station attach elastics onto waistband of tubular artic- les like men’s brief, the metering device MCA 64 feeds the elastic from the top with max. 20 different tensions, a photo- cell cuts the elastic at the end of seam. For the next sewing process the elastic tape will be inserted automatically.
